Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are no blues events being held by the SBS or any of our local venues. As much of our Blue Notes is devoted to promoting and reviewing blues events, we had very little content for this issue – it was only 7 pages long, compared to our usual 12+ pages. Since that was the case, the SBS Board of Directors decided not to spend the money to have hard copies printed and mailed for this issue, so it’s strictly an electronic newsletter this time.
As the situation with the pandemic evolves over the next month, we’ll decide whether to prepare a printed edition for the next issue. Thanks so much for your membership and support! – The Sacramento Blues Society Board of Directors
